Came to get my oil changed here because it showed online a 50% off discount for an oil change. After I got my oil changed they said they couldn’t honor the 50% off coupon because it doesn’t apply to this location but as you can see, it was advertised on Google as a discount for that location. I even spoke with the manager and he said there’s nothing they could do. False advertising.

I had a great experience with them. I'm actually not going to Grease monkey anymore they have gotten away too expensive. Jiffy lube's buy new spot. Everybody's super nice seems to know what they're doing:) check them out!!

Jiffy Lube is absolutely the worst place to go; I do not recommend that anyone take their business here. ​First, we took one of our vehicles to the Chubbuck location for a routine oil change. We paid for it, but immediately afterward, the vehicle wouldn't start. We had to tow it to a mechanic, who told us the oil was pitch black. The Chubbuck Jiffy Lube never even changed it! ​Then, we took another vehicle to the Pocatello location to fix the air conditioning. An employee named 'Anthony'—or 'Tony,' as I heard them call him—claimed he fixed it. Because it was cold and raining that day, we didn't use the A/C right away. The very next day was hot, so we turned it on, and it didn't work at all. Because that specific employee only works certain days a week, and we work and have kids, we couldn't take it back until the following week. Well, all of a sudden, they claimed there is a hole in the A/C line! They didn't even bother to check it in the first place, charged us an extreme amount of money, and then casually told us they don't do refunds. ​To top it off, I called the owner. He was incredibly disrespectful, vouched for this absolute nonsense, and refused to show us any paperwork for

I’ve come here for over 15 years, the quality of employees varies but the service is extremely stable. I received a coupon for the competing lube shop (50% off) and was not only disappointed in service but also in price WITH the coupon. Jiffy lube keeps it real with lower prices and good service without upselling everything.

Excellent service! My 2008 Dodge RAM is running much better after a Full Service Oil/Filter Change. It was way overdue but had been sitting at home for years. My dog was with me and they let me stay in the vehicle with him. The Jiffy Lube Team had us in and out in 15min. That's why I'll be back!
